Two Sensor Options for Different Samples
The AW-1s can be used with two interchangeable sensor-equipped sample containers:
- Capacitive sensor: designed for precise measurement across a wide water activity range.
- Electrical resistance sensor: provides higher resistance to alcohol-containing samples.
If a sensor deteriorates, the sensor-equipped sample container can be replaced without replacing the complete instrument.
