FMS EconoTrace – Automated PFAS Extraction System
Available in the Vietnam market only.
The FMS EconoTrace® Parallel SPE System is an automated solid phase extraction system designed for PFAS/PFOS sample preparation in drinking water analysis. It integrates extraction, cartridge drying and concentration into one automated workflow, reducing manual handling and improving consistency between samples.
The modular system can process 2 to 8 samples and supports EPA Methods 533 and 537.1 for PFAS analysis.
Key Features
- Automated Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) for PFAS/PFOS.
- Modular and expandable from 2 to 8 samples.
- Processes up to 8 samples simultaneously.
- Programmable flow rate and sample volume.
- Precise positive-pressure pumping.
- Automated cartridge drying using nitrogen.
- Automatic bottle rinsing.
- Direct transfer to the SuperVap PFC system for final concentration.
- Integrated touchscreen control.
- Supports EPA Methods 533 and 537.1.
Automated PFAS Sample Preparation
After samples are loaded, EconoTrace automatically passes them through the SPE cartridges at a controlled flow rate. The cartridges are then dried using nitrogen before the target analytes are eluted.
The cleaned extracts can be transferred directly to the SuperVap PFC Concentrator for final concentration in 15 mL centrifuge tubes, creating a streamlined workflow from extraction to concentrated extract.
Typical Applications
- PFAS/PFOS analysis in drinking water.
- EPA Method 533 sample preparation.
- EPA Method 537.1 sample preparation.
- Environmental water testing laboratories.
- High-throughput PFAS sample preparation.
